My wife Debbie and I have successfully represented buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants throughout South Orange County California with special interest in the private lake front communities of The Keys and Hidden Lakes in Lake Forest since 2006. Debbie Glass

 

Debbie is Marketing Coordinator and full time Assistant to Jeff Glass.  She is highly organized and well versed in the day to day activities of Jeff’s clients and their transactions. She coordinates scheduling, creates marketing materials and provides assistance and support to insure all client needs are addressed.  Debbie also provides Home Staging and Notary services for all of our clients; she is not a licensed real estate person.

Jim Zakhar  

Jim is a Real Estate Broker, licensed by the State of California Department of Real Estate, and a founding co-owner of Regency Real Estate Brokers, where he served as Chairman of the Board in 2005.  Jim sets the standard and direction of the Zakhar Team.  Since moving to California from Chicago, Jim has built a solid reputation as a marketing expert and strong negotiator.  A constant stream of referrals from satisfied clients has kept Jim in the top 1% of successful agents nationwide.

Cheryl Zakhar

Cheryl is a licensed Real Estate Agent and a founding co-owner of Regency Real Estate Brokers.  In addition to representing buyers and sellers, Cheryl manages income properties, designs the long-term marketing plans and maintains the budgets and financial functions.

Michelle Silverberg

 

Realtor/Short Sale Negotiator/Transaction Coordinator  

 

Michelle has been a licensed real estate agent since 1993.  She began her career in real estate as an asset manager for Relocation Center of Southern California. Michelle also served as an asset manager for Cal REO, a company that sold bank owned properties throughout the United States. She currently practices real estate and is a specialist in short sale negotiating.  She deals directly with mortgage lenders and negotiates settlements between the home owner and their mortgage company. In addition, Michelle is one of the area's most sought after transaction coordinators.  She is responsible for the day to day activity and follow up associated with a real estate transaction.  She is also responsible for communication and paperwork affiliated with a real estate transaction. She follows up with all parties and verifies all time frames are met, all paperwork is Bureau of Real Estate compliant and that close of escrow is on time and as smooth as possible.
